Finance AI Vault opened to give working adults, household administrators and SME finance teams a dedicated place to learn AI tools through structured vault tracks — not theory seminars or investment pitch nights. We sit at UIC Building on Shenton Way, a setting that reminds learners disciplined money admin happens through repeatable console habits.
Rooted in Shenton Way, focused on courses
The Central Business District hosts banks, professional services and growing SMEs — we borrow the ethos of careful record-keeping but apply it to vocational AI finance-management courses. Learners walk in with bank exports, receipt folders and monthly budgets, then walk out with documented console workflows they tested in class.
We are a private training provider registered in Singapore (UEN 202485094J). We do not claim affiliation with MAS, IMDA or SkillsFuture unless a specific programme page says so. Our facilitators are experienced practitioners who teach AI-assisted admin — we do not invent fictional professors or unverifiable credentials.
How we teach
Vault tracks progress from tool literacy to Finance AI Vault Blueprint capstone presentations. Each module mixes short demos, hands-on console time and structured reflection so Singapore professionals understand why an AI suggestion worked — or failed — before reusing it on real accounts.
We emphasise PDPA-aware record handling: knowing what not to paste into ChatGPT, when Copilot is appropriate on company tenants, and how to log human review steps for compliance-minded teams. Generative AI evolves quickly; our syllabus updates quarterly while keeping the same organise-control-automate-blueprint spine.
What we are not
Finance AI Vault is not a cryptocurrency custodian, not a robo-adviser and not a licensed financial planning firm. We do not sell portfolio products, MLM packages or accredited degrees. Completion certificates reflect hands-on training participation only.
We also avoid framing AI as a magic wealth switch. Vault tracks teach ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini and Claude for real money-admin tasks — budgeting, receipt filing, scenario tables and monthly close checklists — without promising salary jumps, guaranteed clients or investment returns. If you need regulated financial advice or crypto storage, other institutions serve those needs; our studio exists solely for structured vocational AI finance-management courses.
