1. Agreement

By accessing financeaivault.life or enrolling in a vault course, you agree to these Terms of Use with Finance AI Vault Pte. Ltd.. If you disagree, do not use the site or submit enrolment data.

2. About Finance AI Vault

"Vault" means our teaching studio running hands-on AI finance-management courses — not a cryptocurrency custodian, not a robo-adviser and not a licensed financial planning firm. We provide vocational training in AI-assisted money admin for Singapore professionals. We do not offer passive-income schemes, guaranteed employment or investment returns.

3. Services

Vault tracks, weekend intensives, corporate workshops and related materials are educational services priced in SGD. Descriptions on this site are invitations to treat; confirmed enrolment is subject to signed quotation or checkout confirmation.

4. Certificates

Certificates of completion confirm attendance and participation in hands-on training. They are not accredited diplomas, degrees or professional licences unless explicitly named with a verifiable awarding body.

5. Fees and payment

Published fees are indicative until confirmed in writing. Payments are due per invoice terms. Late cancellations may incur administrative charges stated on enrolment documents. GST applies where required by Singapore law.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content commercially, upload malware or use our brand to imply government endorsement, SkillsFuture funding, MAS regulation or OpenAI/Google partnership without written permission.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, vault syllabus packs and console materials remain our property or licensors'. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use handouts for your own learning — not to resell or publish as your own product.

8. AI tool disclaimer

Third-party AI platforms may change features, pricing or terms without notice. Examples in class may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying AI output before relying on it for financial records or decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from site use or course attendance. Our aggregate liability for proven direct loss is capped at fees you paid for the specific vault track giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of AI tools taught in class, breach of these terms, or violation of third-party rights where caused by your conduct.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

12. Education disclaimer

Finance AI Vault delivers vocational AI finance-management courses for Singapore residents and working professionals who want structured, practical training — not investment advice, robo-advisory services or cryptocurrency custody. Certificates confirm course participation only; they are not accredited qualifications and do not promise jobs, salary growth, portfolio returns or specific business outcomes. Generative AI output can be wrong; verify figures and decisions with qualified professionals before acting. This is hands-on financial administration training, not regulated financial planning, legal counsel or life coaching.

14. Cancellations and rescheduling

Cohort transfers are subject to seat availability. Administrative fees may apply within fourteen days of start date as stated on enrolment confirmations. We may reschedule sessions for facilitator illness or venue constraints with reasonable notice.

15. Conduct in vault sessions

Participants must behave respectfully toward facilitators and peers, follow studio safety rules and comply with employer tool policies when using corporate accounts. We may remove participants who harass others or attempt to promote unrelated schemes such as crypto signals or MLM products during class.

16. Recording and materials

Recording vault sessions without written permission is prohibited. Syllabus PDFs and console recordings are licensed for personal learning only. Sharing materials publicly or reselling them breaches these terms and may result in licence termination.

17. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, including widespread internet outages, public health directives or government orders affecting venue access. We will offer rescheduling or fee credits where feasible.

18. Severability

If any clause is held invalid, remaining clauses continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision once does not waive future enforcement rights.

19. Assignment

We may assign these terms to a successor entity in a merger or asset sale with notice where required. You may not transfer enrolment rights without our written consent.

20. Entire agreement

These terms together with enrolment confirmations and published fee schedules form the entire agreement for site use and course participation unless a signed corporate contract states otherwise.

21. Language

These terms are written in English (Singapore). Translated summaries for convenience do not override the English version if inconsistencies arise.

22. Vault naming clarification

References to vault tracks, vault console, vault cohort and Finance AI Vault Blueprint describe vocational course formats. They do not imply cryptocurrency custody, automated investment advice or portfolio management services.

23. Dispute resolution

Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting [email protected] before commencing legal action. Nothing prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief where necessary.

24. Survival

Clauses on intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law survive termination of enrolment or site access where their nature requires continued effect.

25. Notices

Formal notices to us should be sent to 5 Shenton Way, #28-01 UIC Building, Singapore 068808 with copy to [email protected]. We may send service notices to the email address associated with your enrolment or enquiry.

26. No partnership

Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, agency or employment relationship between you and Finance AI Vault Pte. Ltd.. Participants remain independent learners or employees of their respective organisations.

27. Waiver

Delay or failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right. Any waiver must be in writing signed by an authorised officer of Finance AI Vault Pte. Ltd..

28. Third-party beneficiaries

These terms benefit Finance AI Vault Pte. Ltd. and enrolled participants only. No third party may enforce any clause except where Singapore law expressly allows.
